North Carolina has specific laws surrounding the operation of motorboats and personal watercrafts (PWC). We want to ensure that our customers are aware of these laws and regulations.

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry a boating safety education certification demonstrating they have passed an approved boating education course. Anyone over the age of 35 will not need a boating license to operate the Pontoon. Additionally, it is illegal for anyone under the age of 14 to operate a PWC in North Carolina. We take our responsibility to educate our customers seriously and encourage everyone to follow the appropriate safety regulations. If you are prepared, you can submit your certification and driver's license below or when you book your time slot.
